South County Dementia Caregivers Support Group

FOURTH SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH, 2:30-4:00 PM. Free dementia caregiver support group meeting for family members caring for a loved one with dementia. Meetings are facilitated by a licensed Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and experienced caregiver support group facilitator. A safe and confidential space to talk about caregiving and learn about resources available in our community and online. Meetings are hosted by the Susan and Charles Berghoff Foundation with support from the City of Morgan Hill and Santa Clara Family Health Plan.
