The Business & Education Committee brings together local employers, educators, and community leaders to build strong career pathways and strengthen Gilroy’s future workforce. Formerly the core team behind Rock the Mock, this action-oriented group leads workforce development initiatives - including job shadowing, internship and apprenticeship programs, CTE pathways, company tours, and hands-on learning experiences.
