Pop’s was founded to create a delicious, fun and family friendly Public House experience. The name Pop’s came from our love for family, specifically our dad, Steve, whose nickname is “Pop”. This is the energy and culture we wanted to establish for our restaurant: good food and drinks and good laughs. Built with the help of the entire family, Pop’s has been designed to be a place of relaxation and happiness with family and friends after a long day.
